In the United States Thanksgiving is this week, so a lot of folks will be cooking up a storm in preparation. Many other holidays will occur over the next month around the world and everyone seems to celebrate with food, hence, the TMI Tuesday theme…Cooking.
1. Haagen-Dazs or Ben & Jerry’s?
Not a huge icecream fan but I do like Haagen-daz vanilla (ironic eh!)
2. What is always in your refrigerator?
Pepsi Max and Choritzo!
3. What’s your worst kitchen disaster?
Cooked a wonderful dinner party, I'd de boned a duck and stuffed it with a chicken and ham, spices and red currents, it was amazing. I sliced off the first few pieces and served. Told everyone to dig in and there was plenty more. Everyone ate up and asked for more..... I'd left the window open in the kitchen and as I opened the door 2 cats were devouring the remains.... Dilemma of do I serve or don't I
4. Favorite kitchen gadget?
Spatula.... Purely for spanking with
5. What was your last meal? Did you like it?
Hmm haven't eaten today, last night I had a toasted bagel when I got in from YSL's. Last proper meal was Saturday night. Cooked chicken, homemade crusty bread, salad, chips (fries) it was really tasty.
6. What’s your favorite cookie?
Erm not really a cookie person but if I had to choose something nutty.
Don't get me wrong I bake loads, lots of cakes, biscuits, tarts but I'm not normally the one eating them. The kids do that bit.
Instead of just telling us about your favorite cookie why don’t you share the recipe via The Great Cookie Exchange Extravaganza

Happy TMI Tuesday!
Ironic is right! "Vanilla" is the last word I would expect to read at your blog. I'm sure your "worst kitchen disaster" story was very harrowing but unfortunately your use of the words "boned" and "stuffed" distracted me sufficiently that I had to stop reading.
ReplyDeleteI've got some chorizo you might want to try. ;)
